For more than 20 years, I’ve advised CEOs, guided senior leaders through transition, and helped high performers regain clarity, influence, and momentum. I’ve led in the tension between strategy and humanity. I’ve seen how outdated instincts narrow opportunity, and I’ve helped leaders replace those instincts with clarity, conviction, and strategic foresight.
